Expand International of America, Inc., has moved twice since it first leased space at Stratford Executive Park. According to President, Bjorn G. Sao, "One of the reasons we selected this business park to begin with was to ensure our landlord could accommodate the anticipated growth." The world's largest manufacturer of portable displays, Expand's most recent move was from a 6,000 sf facility at 300 Long Beach Blvd. to 28,000 sf of space at 400 Long Beach Blvd. The new space incorporates 20,000 sf of warehouse space, 6,000 sf of office space and a 2,000 sf showroom.

 

Teavana
From 12,900 sf to 195,000 sf at 500 and 600 Long Beach Blvd.
At 600 Long Beach Blvd., Special Teas left Norwalk, CT and leased 12,900 SF in 2002 which more than tripled their operations. That was only the beginning as Special Teas vacated that space in 2006 to lease 35,000SF in 500 Long Beach Blvd. Today, Special Tea's is known as St. Acquisition Company who is owned by Teavana and currenty leases 195,000 SF in two building here in Stratford Executive Park.
